Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pokemagic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
